I had an incredible experience at Flying Monarch. From the moment I enrolled, I felt supported and encouraged to reach my full potential. The training program was thorough and covered all aspects of the job, including in-flight service, safety procedures, and customer service skills.

The trainer Anshima mam was very supportive. All the staff cooperated with us. They helped us to go through all the procedures and contacted us regularly. I personally never felt the problem of late replies.It is also easy to have a direct contact with the owner Atul sir; he listens to all the problems with patiences and resolves them ASAP. 

I was very fascinated by the academy. When I first entered the academy they had a classroom inside a model plane. The seats were also very comforting, it felt like I was sitting inside a plane and a crew member was teaching us. It was a new experience for me and I can never forget that day. It was my first step towards my career. When I saw myself with my batchmates, it already made me feel like we were a crew. I felt very happy and satisfied with grooming myself for the day. 

Today, I am an air hostess at Indigo. It all pays off. All the imaginations and hard work paid well. I feel very confident when I walk at the airport as it feels like home to me. I am very much thankful to the faculty of FMA for always supporting me and for providing constant guidance throughout my journey.
